Shipping Charges to Hawaii

We offer free shipping on most of our items to locations within the continental U.S.  For shipments to Hawaii (or Alaska and Canada) there is usually an additional charge.  Is there any way to prompt the customer to contact us for additional shipping charges based on the ship to zip code the customer enters?
