Need to change the order of my items in a category

I am a NS small business user.
I want to change the order of my Item's in a category.
I see it automatically shows the store display name in alphabetical order.

How do I change this?
is there a way?

I tried to pull the item to the top of the list in the category items list, but that does not work, Can I turn off the default alphabetical order?
