Help! Reduced or Same Shipping For Multiple items...

Hi All,

If anyone has input on how to resolve charging proper freight for the following scenarios we would greatly appreciate it.

1) Customer orders 1 box of 500 crickets and 1 box of 1,000 mealworms should receive a charge of $20.90 because the first box is $14.95 and each additional box in a shipment is $5.95.

However, online they are charged $29.90 because we have all of the live feeders marked as $14.95 in Netsuite but this causes any customer who orders more than 1 live feeder to be over charged.

We have a message here http://www.bigappleherp.com/Crickets saying to call your order in if more than 1 quantity is being ordered but very few read that and we end up sending corrected sales orders back to everyone.
