Lead Source + Promotion Code, Error
Ok we have a form that automatically sets a lead source on the record. We have also set up a Promotion code that applies to certain items on the first purchase. See this image for the promotion code setup:
and then this is tied in with the campaign:
so in theory a new lead can complete the form have the lead source set and then navigate to the store, log in and get discount on the first item they purchase, well thats the theory, it does not work on checkout the individual pays full price and only after manually typing in the promo code is the discount applied.
