Check Your Site/Netsuite Changed IP Address - Home Page Missing on All Search Engines

Hi All,

I started a new thread because I have confirmation from support that Netsuite changed our IP address without letting us know.

Over the last week our home page has been dropped from all search engines and it is as though we don't exist.

Our visitor numbers have dropped over 30% in the last week and we can only guess how many thousands of dollars in potential sales we have lost.

We ranked # 4 to 7 on most search engine for terms like reptile supplies and small pet supplies and now we are non-existent.

Even worse, now when you type in Big Apple Pet Supply into Google it indexes a completely non-existent web address.
