Related Items Cross-Suggest

Item A has Item B listed as a related item.  When viewing Item B, is there any way to import the list of items which have been RELATED TO Item B?  In this example, Item A?

Many of our related items are mix-and-match apparel options and we'd like to be aware of the related item suggestions already in place when editing subsequent items.

Anyone done this? Thanks.
