Unable to change Sales Order Form

I created a detailed sales order.... noticed that is was of the type cash sales and needed it to be terms.... So I saved the sales order and then edited the sales order to change the custom sales order form to our "invoice sales order form" and netsuite blocks the custom form change....

Does anyone know how to work around this?

We have always been able to change the sales order form until today.
