Multibuy pricing not visible to non-registered customers

We have discount pricing for customers if they buy 2 or more of an item.  Until friday this was displayed on the website for all customers (registered or unregistered).

Now it is only displaying to those who have logged in.  Non-logged in customers see only a single price.  Although if they add 2 to the basket the price is still discounted by 10%.

Any ideas on what is causing this?  Anyone else experienced it?
