Shopping.com tracking

I am looking at how we can install the ROI tracker for Shopping.com however, it is not a standard pixel call but uses cookies. 

I believe I will run into trouble as our customers move into checkout and the domain of the site changes.  This is the problem we had with Google Analytics set up. 

Has anyone successfully set up Shopping.com ROI tracker on a NetSuite hosted site?  Can you give me some tips before I start?
