Shipping Estimator Still Broken
Hi, I have filed a case about this back in April.

I had correspondence with Cedric and he was going to forward it to the appropriate department.
The problem is when the customer goes in through the "MY ACCOUNT" side to place an order, there is an "error on page" when you try to calculate the shipping. Is anyone else experiencing this?
When they go through the NS portal to enter their orders, the credit cards do not authorize. That's a whole different story, though. That has not worked since October of 2007. We have just worked around it manually and it has become quite the joke around here. I'm so over it, so if there is anyone out there who can be of any assistance, that would be great.
