Opening a real shop and integrating NS with tills

We are planning to open a shop and would want to set the store up as a location, with stock being accounted and sold through the till.

Has anyone ever integrated NS with a retail outlet till?

Any ideas on how it could be done?

Is this worth doing or should we just run a till and make inventory adjustments to the stock level?
