Online Suggestion Box - vote for user ideas

I am wondering if anyone has any ideas how to implement an Online Suggestion Box where our customers can post their suggestions, product ideas, etc and the rest of the community can vote on them.  Starbucks has a great example, here is a link if you are not familiar http://mystarbucksidea.force.com/home/home.jsp.  I believe it's a Salesforce add-on.  Anyone doing something similar for NetSuite?
