Opening urls with "externalleadpage.nl" in same window

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Is the a way to open URLs with "externalleadpage.nl" or "externalcasepage.nl" in the current window rather than opening a new window?  I tried changing to "s.nl" but I got a page not found error.
