Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (aka Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Different webstore prices based on location
I have warehouses in the US and Canada, and shortly in the UK.
I want to sell my items at different prices in the different countries, depending on which warehouse the goods are shipped from (to reflect shipping costs, duty and VAT paid).
What is the simplest or most practical workaround? I can think of a few difficult ways to accomplish this:
I could use different currencies, perhaps, but that isn't very elegant. I could pay NS for a multisite license? Could I offer a coupon code that was restricted to shipping addresses in a particular country? Is there a way to put a charge in for a different FOB location (ie 10% surcharge as a handling fee for shipments from the UK, but then a reduced shipping charge?)
