Customer Center in Website

Can anyone tell me what controls the customer center in the Netsuite Website environment. I have seen it done in other websites. In my site when I go to My Account and log in. The Quick View pushes outside the set width that I have set and also setup in the content area template. Then for example: if I click on Contact Support. the Case form seems to push down the body section and sit between the header and body. This causes an ugly gap where the case form sits. I've seen other Netsuite sites that have tackled this problem.
