Acessing login page directly with url

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Does anyone know why when you enter the url to the customer signin page directly into a browser you can log in (https), but there are two loading messages which display indefinitely. Is it not possible to access the data properly when having an external website? Currently we have ticked both options, internal and external website. Any help appreciated.
