displaying category system notes

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Does anyone know how to display web site category system notes...either in a report, search or in the user interface?  I would like to keep track of changes made to category web pages.  The item interface has a "history" tab with a "system notes" subtab that tracks all changes to the item's fields (e.g price, description etc.) ... can a similar tab be set up for web site categories?

Also, I tried to run a system notes report for web categories and I got results for item fields and images...but not category fields.  It would also be very helpful to be able to search for categories sorted by the layouts used on each page.
