Images missing from item list cell template

I added a dozen or so items today and about half of them are not displaying the image correctly in the item list.  The images are in Netsuite.  The images work on all the older items and some of the new ones.  The images work on all the new items when I drill down to the template.

I'm bring this problem to the usergroup because the items are kids to be sponsored.  The kids are from the Philippines.  Netsuite support is in the Philippines.  It's just a bit awkward.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?
