<NLLOGINURL> issue

Has anyone has any issue with the website tag <NLLOGINURL> lately? it was working perfectly until recently when i used this tag it did redirect the customer to the login page.  However, when customer entered the login information and pressed continue it will just reload the login page again. If i clicked somewhere else and it did show that i'm indeed login.  Our customers got very confused right now as they don't know if they are login or not since the same login page is showing over and over.  Is that a bug?
