In Stock Message

Does anyone know of a way to make an "In Stock" message appear if the item is in stock? It seems NetSuite thought of putting an "Out Of Stock" message but not an "In Stock" one. I can use javascript to make a message appear if the stock is 0 but this only works on non-matrix items. 70% of our stock is matrix items so this would not work. Any help would be appreciated.
