When you set up your CNAME redirect in GoDaddy
The following message is for customers who have received a notification in their account regarding their Web site domain configuration on Monday, August 25th. Please ignore this message if you did not receive the notification in your account or if you have already successfully updated your Web site domain configuration.

On Monday, August 25th, an account notification was sent out to customers who are using an A-Record redirect to point their Web site domains to NetSuite’s old shopping servers. In the message, we recommended everyone should use a CNAME redirect to point your Web site domains at NetSuite. However, several of our customers have brought our attention to an exception in GoDaddy where a CNAME redirect cannot be used. If you have purchased your domain at GoDaddy, and are also using their email hosting services, you will not be able to use a CNAME redirect to point your root domain
