Is it possible to have an item display thumbnail, on a category page, link to an external site?

I would like to add a couple items that are available from another retailer to this page.
http://www.hotslings.com/catalog/Haute_Collection

I want the swatch on the page but have the link as an _blank. Is this possible out of the box?
