Urgent Image Issues

I have yet another image issue that seems to be relatively new. Most of my images are being resized correctly by Netsuite. BUT... some of my images are not being resized at all for some reason! Look here for an example.... http://www.evvive.com/s.nl/it.A/id.4843/.f?sc=11&category=2935

We need this resolved immediately. Is anyone else having this issue?
