Password retrieval
We have areas on our webstore that are protected and involve potential customers completing a form and becoming a lead to gain access. We are also running a websore with a number of items.
Now whenever a customer tried to access the protected areas they have the option to retrieve their password if they forget it.
The email they receive says:
"Thank you for shopping at our Web store.
To change your password, please click the link below or carefully
paste it into a browser window, being sure to copy the whole URL.
For your protection, we will delete stored credit card information
