How to remove Credit Card fields from Checkout payment screen?

Hi, our wesbtore does not accept credit cards directly (only via Paypal). So customers can only pay by Paypal or Invoice (which covers payment by bank, cash, check etc).

I've disabled Credit Card Processing. And somehow still end up with this payment screen where the Credit Card fields show up (see attached pic link). The fields are disabled (you cannot enter anything in it), but the fact that it shows up on the screen confuses the shopper.

Is there a way to remove these Credit Card details fields from the checkout payment screen?
