Google Conversion Tracking by Keyword

Does anyone know if it is possible to Track Google Adwords Keyword conversions. I seam to be having a problem with the fact the our site goes from my domain to checkout.netsuite.com domain for checkout.

Any info or tips where to find info would be very helpful.

Is there a better way to get this information out of netsuite short of going to a third party system.
