products with Internal ID beyond 1000 cannot be displayed on the website

in Web Site / E-Commerce

It appears to me that I am not able to add items with Netsuite Internal ID > 1000 into the shopping cart from my external website.

This is the code I have. It is no different from my other items which works fine.
