eBay Orders Import Without Relevant Tax Code

We have been trialing the eBay module and have comes across a problem whereby the line items are all missing their tax codes which means the order values are incorrect and also means we have to manually amend each order that imports. Has anyone else had this problem and were you able to fix it?
