Displaying Items in a specific Category

I'm putting together all the documents that relate to our online store;
Terms and Conditions, About Us, SiteMap, etc
Each one of these is being created as an Information Item, and is being put into a category called Web Documents.

What I now need to do, is display every item in this category in the left hand navigation portlet.
