custom item fields are not populated on web orders

Hi,

This is about the problem of custom item fields not showing up on invoices that are originating from web store.

Two of our big buyers require us to include their SKU# on the invoice. Long story short, I ended up creating custom fields on Item level for each big buyer.

When entering an order/invoice by hand, these fields are populated just fine since their values are already in the database.

However, when they make a  purchase online through our Netsuite store their Sales Order is created without these values. The Sales Order (and Invoice created from this Sales Order) list those fields on the right hand side with blank values. I have to edit the transaction and re-select each item to populate those fields again.
