Problem with Formatting Website

in Web Site / E-Commerce

I've run into the issue before with a different client and just not sure how I resolved it as it was some time ago. Basically, my hosted pages look as they should; however, when using the netsuite cms, there are large spaces after the logo and tabs section and after the content area section.

I initially thought it was the document type, which ended up not being the case, I've tried removing all of the comments in my custom code to fit in the text boxes for the respective sections...but to no avail.
