Domain Name Setup Problems

We are having issues with NS domain name errors and need some help getting our domain name setup correctly with NS. We have done the following:

We have pointed our domain swamppower.com to shopping.netsuite.com. This is working since NS pops up.

Next we performed steps 3 - 7 in "Setting Up Domain Names in NetSuite". Looks like this:

http:// swamppower.com Web Store Swamp Power Live Hosting Files     Live Hosting Files : "/Swamppower/main.html"
and
http:// www.swamppower.com Web Store Swamp Power Live Hosting Files     Live Hosting Files : "/Swamppower/main.html"

We now get this error when i set our primary url to "
