Examples of Websites with a Customer Portal

I've been asked to give pros/cons about using NetSuite for a customer portal. We may end up with some NetSuite content and some from outside of NetSuite. I've been looking at the threads with links to your sites; does anyone have a site with a KB/portal that I could look at?

I've been trying to get our NetSuite admin to give me access to the KB in our Sandbox but that hasn't happened yet. Its hard to report pros & cons when you can't even play with the tool.
