Referrer based redirects

Spent some time looking, but not been able to find what I'm looking for.

I need to set up a list of redirects based on which referrer the customer is landing from.

To give you an example; If a customer visits www.manufacturer.com and within the "where to buy" page, he clicks on our link - I want him to be redirected to a page showing all that manufacturers products.

Long term, the goal is to give each list their own unique URL which can then be set up a a regular redirect. Just looking for a temp solution.
