What I'm trying to do is create GC's for a promotional giveaway.

If I understand this correctly, a GC cannot be generated without creating a Sales Order.  So first, this inflates my Sales Order numbers - I assume when someone uses the GC it creates another Sales Order, so "2" Sales Orders were actually entered when only one product order was really ordered.  This is sorta no big deal, but will through my chart/stats off permanently.

It looks like the only way to do this is to charge the GC to our company credit card, and then I'll go in the back end thru PayflowPro and void the transaction (so we're not paying fees).  I don't want to inflate both my sales and cost figures.

Howdy, Stranger!
