Related Item Categories Breaking

Two things that break Related Item Categories from displaying on an Item Page.

1. If the Related Item Category includes an item that is "Inactive" or "Display In Website" is not checked, the Related Item Category breaks. Because we are not able to see the related item categories an item is in by viewing an item, this is very inconvenient. The related tab only show the categories attached to an item and we also need to see the related item categories this item
