I had this nasty little message waiting in my inbox this morning:

An outgoing email sent by your account was bounced. Original outgoing message details:

From: b.mat_twineboxwarehouse_pcom_pau.9291d2188d@bounces.netsuite.com
To: mat@wineboxwarehouse.com.au
Subject: RE: Discount Message 28242

Now, we have never sent a message with the above subject... Our return rates on yesterday's email marketing was very low too... is something amiss here?
