Newly Added Items NOT showing up in Webstore ERROR!!!!

When I add a product, specifically an inventory matrix item, to inventory and check the checkbox "Display in Website", the item does NOT show on the website. 

I look in the Category list and the item is indeed listed in that category list for that subcategory.

This issue happened before and was tagged as S1 in priority and fixed.  However, now after the 2009.1 upgrade the problem returned.

NS please fix this ASAP as we can no longer add products to our website.  This should be tagged as S1 as this MUST be fixed for us and everyone else to do business!!!
