PayPal button is not appearing in Shopping Cart?

We had a call today that PayPal was not working yesterday (Sunday) that when clicked nothing happened.

When we tried to test it this morning, the PayPal button in the shopping cart it's gone!

What happen to paypal? I checked my account and paypal is enabled, we haven't changed anything.
