Download Traffic Quota

We are thinking of putting a couple high res images on our site for retailers to have access to. I submitted a case (#858482) asking what our allotted traffic quota was. I received this response:

“Thank you for contacting Netsuite customer support on your concern about your account's allotted download traffic quota each month. Unfortunately, we dont have an information about your concern since it already involves your account information.” ??????

I have looked all around my account, but can’t find anything on the download traffic. Does anyone know how much we are allotted?
