I need to make a tab inactive and cant!!!!

I am having a major issue editing a page that was submitted with a <table> missing in the Message area of a tab. It wont let me do this because it keeps coming up with the warning:

"This page at https://system.netsuite.com says:

The first table tag in your HTML must be a <TABLE> tag, not<TD>."

So it stops there and doesnt load anymore of the page, so therefore I cannot save any new data I have put in to this TAB. And it just so happens to be my HOME tab. Therefore I am in deep ****.
