Problems with search function?!?!

Does anyone know why a product when looked under its full code,    LC31BK, nothing comes up. But when i type in LC31 it shows up with the other products listed under LC31. Site to view is ->

http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.303959/sc.19/.f

A product with a simular code LC21BK comes up and I compared the two and there are both identical in check box and options.

Anyone Any Idea?
