Description not appearing on webstore generated sales

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Hi all,

When a customer buys items using a credit card in our webstore (www.herrmannwebstore.com.au) for some reason the item description field is blank when we look at the Sales Order in Netsuite. Also when the SO gets converted to a Cash Sale the description is still blank.

If I add a new line item to the SO the description then appears. Also if I edit the existing line items and re-enter the ID and tab across the description appears.

It seems that the fault lies somewhere in the sale being generated online.

This has only happened since the 2009 update.
