Shipping Charge Options

We would like to provide FREE Shipping for orders placed through the web store and charge a flat rate shipping charge of $9.95 if "we" (the sales rep, customer service, etc..) place the order for the customer.

The general idea is to motivate the customer to place there oder online vs calling us to place it for them...
