website customer center

After a user logs in to our website, they are able to use our "themed" customer center. However, after some amount of time, it seems as if our users are timed out and redirect to a default netsuite customer center login that has nothing to do with our theme.

How can I stop netsuite from redirect these pages to the default customer center login and redirect them to our themed website login page?
