NS added parameters to online customer form link

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Hi,

we create a new online customer form where it should Always create a new record, we add a link for that form on our website, but NS added the following parameters to the link: ck, vid, cktime and cart, so the form fields will not be empty, and if the customer submit it, the original record updated and no new lead created. Why NS added those parameters and how can I add the link without parameters, so a new lead will be created?
