Pagination View All Link

Has anyone found a way to use javascript to create a "view all" link, to augment Netsuite's out-of-the box pagination rather than replacing it.

I'd like to be able to include a "view all" link at the top of the page by my {1} - {2} of {3} heading.

I know I could remove the heading entirely and just use some kind of javascript pagination plugin, but I'd rather leave the ability to control the number of items on a page in Netsuite (rather than script-controlled).
