Disabling Change button in AddressInformation Screen during Check-Out.

Dear All,

Good Morning...

We have few queries in webstore and we will appreciate if we can get any help/idea.
queries: We would like to remove/disable the change button for Address fields that are present in "Address Information " step during website Checkout.

In case if that is not possible is there any way to write a script such a way that even if we click on the Change button, it should not drive to any other page and nothing can be done.

Can you please suggest us if we need to do any settings .
