Possible Spam?

I recently recieved this email, from Brand Fraud Support [mailto:brandfsupport@melbourneitdbs.com] since we use the verisign logos all over our website, since the checkout is verisign secured through netsuite.

To Whom It May Concern,    VeriSign, Inc. has contracted with Melbourne IT Ltd. to monitor use of the VeriSign Secured® Seal.        It has come to our attention that you are displaying the VeriSign Logo on your website www.refurbups.com.  Because you are not a VeriSign® SSL Certificate customer and VeriSign has not authenticated your website, you are not authorized to display the VeriSign logo on your website.     We request that you immediately remove the VeriSign logo from
