Coupon Codes Not Working Properly

in Web Site / E-Commerce

We planned a weekend sale that began last night. Sent out an email campaign, and now we are experiencing inconsistent results with the coupon codes. For some orders they work, for others they don't. On the NS backend, we can apply the code to some orders, for others, we cannot get a discount to be applied to order. We have double-checked to ensure that the items are included in the coupon code discount.

Has anybody else experienced this problem?
